2. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and strategies developed by HOLDING DEVS remain our property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.

3. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our technical infrastructure or execution sprints.
